Chuck Mouton has practiced primarily in the areas of maritime, oilfield, environmental, energy and products liability litigation since 1986. Chuck's practice has included the representation of drilling companies, offshore and inland platform operators, vessel operators, exploration and production companies, catering companies, oilfield equipment manufacturing and suppliers, and other oilfield service entities in personal injury, collision, property damage, well control, environmental damage, insurance, and commercial disputes. He has more than 31 years of trial and appellate experience before state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas.

Chuck earned both his Bachelor's degree in Finance in 1983 and his Juris Doctorate in 1986 from Louisiana State University.
