Tucker Nims was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2017 and joined the Firm in 2018. He practices and concentrates solely in the area of Estate Planning and Elder Law. Including but not limited to; trusts, Medicaid & long term care planning, Medicaid crisis planning, nursing home issues, special needs planning, wills and living wills, successions and probate.

Tucker received his Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center in 2017 graduating cum laude. Prior to Law School Tucker attended Northwestern State University where he received his Bachelor degree in 2014 while being a two sport Student-Athlete, playing Football and Baseball for the Demons. Having deep roots in Louisiana he understands the culture, values and family focus that accompanies this area of the law. He is constantly striving to help put his clients affairs in order while helping them protect what they have worked so long and hard for. Having a personal goal to make each of his clients lives simpler than before they walked in the door.
